Who we are Soul Spa is operated by Empowerment Flow LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), located at 8216 Baltimore Rd, Ford, VA 23850. You can contact us at [email protected] for any privacy requests.

1. Scope

This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the Soul Spa app and related services (the “Services”).

2. What we collect

Identifiers from Apple or Google: When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive an identifier. We don’t collect your login or password. Device & usage data: App actions, session length, device type, operating system, crash/error data, approximate location from IP, and push notification tokens. Optional entries: Any affirmations, notes, or journals you create stay only on your device unless you back them up using Apple/Google tools. Purchases: Subscription status and receipts handled by Apple App Store/Google Play. We don’t see your card number.

We do not collect medical, health, or biometric data. Soul Spa is a wellness tool, not a medical device.

3. How we use data

To run and improve the app. To fix problems (analytics, crash logs). To send optional notifications (reminders, affirmations). To verify purchases and subscriptions.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

4. Third parties

Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) for usage and crash data. Firebase may retain data for up to 14 months. Apple App Store / Google Play for purchases and sign-in.

We will update this list if other processors are added.

5. Data storage & retention

Journals/entries: stored only on your device. Analytics: retained by Firebase up to 14 months. Identifiers: retained while your account is active. Account deletion: contact us at [email protected] to request deletion.

6. Age requirement

Soul Spa is for users 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region (California, Virginia, EU/UK), you may request to:

Access, correct, or delete your data. Request a copy of your data. Opt out of certain uses (though we don’t sell data).

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards like encryption in transit and restricted access. No system is 100% secure, but we update protections regularly.

9. International transfers

If you use Soul Spa outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We rely on service providers’ protections and legal transfer frameworks.

Soul Spa is for relaxation, mindfulness, and general wellness purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 11. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. If changes are material (e.g., we add new types of data collection or new third parties), we will let you know in-app where possible and update the “Effective” date. Minor updates (typos, clarifications) may be made without special notice.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using Soul Spa, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

2. Purpose

Soul Spa provides mindfulness, affirmations, journaling, and related wellness tools. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

3. Eligibility

You must be 16 years or older to use Soul Spa.

4. Accounts

You sign in with your Apple ID or Google ID. You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials with Apple/Google.

5. Intellectual property

All content, design, and trademarks in Soul Spa belong to Empowerment Flow LLC. You may use the app for personal, noncommercial purposes only.

6. User content

Journal entries and affirmations you create remain your property. They are stored only on your device unless you back them up externally.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to hack it, or use it in unlawful ways.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Soul Spa and Empowerment Flow LLC are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app. The app is provided “as is.”

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the app or violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, USA.
